Purest form of love

Beaches
~a perfect spot to escape from the busy city life.
And when it comes to Chennai, we get to enjoy the scintillating natural beauty of the various beaches surrounding the city. The mesmerizing sunrise and sunset experienced in the coastal lines with the cool breeze kissing our face repeatedly is just inexpressible.

Paal Kadumbu, a sweet which is made from the cow's colostrum milk (often referred as 'Seem Paal' in Southern regions) is very famous in the villages across India. A week back when I and my friends were hanging out in Marina beach, we got to know about this wonderful sweet and how it's been prepared authentically. The cow's colostrum milk is slightly yellowish in color. It is very thick,  and is placed inside a pressure cooker mixed with sugar and cardamom. The milk is then steamed until it turns out to be firm. The sweet has a soft jelly-like consistency and is typically served cold.
