TOO HOT TO HANDLE
It is no big surprise that Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana, is proudly known as the millennium city of India, thanks to its spectacular heritage and food culture. I really feel honoured to be from a place that has properly defined the meaning of the term 'urbanization' through all its incredible advancements in the recent times. Most importantly when it comes to food, the city has offered a lot of choices to its people. Indian chats, momos, pav bhaji, dosa, vegetable or chicken rolls are some of the phenomenal dishes that one can easily spot in any street food joint.
One of the Indian fast foods which has always been conquering everyone's heart is Pav Bhaji. The dish is the combination of two different food items- pav (soft bread which is subtly handled and moderately sauteed in a flat tava with plenty of butter) and bhaji which is a spicy vegetable curry that comprises of mashed vegetables including potato, beans, and carrot. I could never imagine a better place for enjoying this delicacy other than "Bombay Best Pav Bhaji" at sector 4 of the city.
Pav bhaji here is better than the one available at any other food chains in Gurgaon. The pav here is so soft and delicate. I seriously lack words for describing the taste of the bhaji. It is super spicy and uncontrollably hot. It creates an inexpressible feeling. Apart from this impressive dish, the place also serves Bombay styled bhel puri which is to die for!!!

So folks, when you get a chance to visit my lovely city, never forget to grab a plate of this lip-smacking pav bhaji
