Taco bout Mexicana Food - OMR Food Street - Navalur

Someone once told, “There is no sincerer love than the love of food.” and it is this love that makes our roommate and I not rip each other’s throat for the past 1.5 years.
We and our roommates headed over to this mind-blowing Mexican joint – Mexicana Food – located in the bustling OMR food street, Navalur.
We ordered a chicken meal combo which comprises of Nachos and Salsa, Cheese Nachos, Chicken Burrito followed with chocolate ice-cream rolls and a drink (Virgin Mojito).
Well, Nachos needs no introduction as it is a heartwarming dish that is composed of tortilla chips covered with cheese sauce alongside with salsa. Although Nachos at Mexicana Food could use some more cheese sauce, one can’t really complain about these tortilla chips.

I have never had burritos before and my unfortunate forever roommate suggested me to indulge in one. If my memory serves me right, our burritos had rice, beans, shredded chicken, and cheese. Lots of cheese and Salsa by the side is no less than a hero.

Be sure to not miss out the Mexican ice-cream which just happens to be one of the restaurant’s signature dishes. With its production right in front of your eyes, it is sure to leave you longing for just one more bite. This signature dish is made on a cold plate from fresh condensed milk alongside flavor and toppings of your heart’s desire. The frozen layer is then scrapped off the cold plate into delicate beautiful ice-creams rolls  that simply melt in your mouth.
(Ignore my nasty roommate's hand which just so happens to be a photobomb to this wonderful delight.)

Mexicana Food is definitely worth a visit and even more.I am not even kidding.
