You will definitely wonder what the big deal about bread omelette is. You might even think that preparing it is just a piece of cake,something even a toddler can do. But can you imagine bread omelette layered with thick and creamy garlic mayonnaise??? Even the mere thought of it will make you drool. What if we tell you that it is possible??

Well, it is available at a shop called ‘HI-WAY’ in Kandigai, Vandalur-Kelambakkam road, Chennai. Here they serve these delightful bread omelettes coated with plenty of rich and creamy garlic mayonnaise drizzled with a generous amount of powdered pepper along with fresh coriander leaves to lift up the aroma of this signature dish.


Whenever me and my roomie have to deal with a really hectic day, we buckle up and head over to this place. It is a pretty crowded place but it is worth waiting for!!! They also serve chicken bread omelettes which will definitely delight all the non-vegetarians out there. Apart from this signature dish, the place also serves hot and spicy Maggi and Yippee noodles. Honestly,what more could one want in life when they are served with a steaming plate of paradise!!!


 This dish along with a glass of hot ginger chai(tea) would be the best thing on Earth to beat the chilly evenings in Chennai. If you visit this place during hot summer afternoon, you can thoroughly enjoy a variety of fresh juices and milkshakes.

 

So, snatch your friend’s wallet,drag them along with you and head to HI-WAY!!!
